Its called sheng jian bao, i haven eaten this before..

I been wanting to try but its always long queue..
there is once, i saw the queue was gone.. super HAPPY lor!
quickly went to the stall... dangz
there is a tag that say "SOLD OUT"
it was only 8pm on a sunday
Is it so NICE that its really sold out before 8pm??
